A live concert by Omer El Amin, from Sudanese origins, was born and raised in the United Arab Emirates. Omer discovered his musical talent during primary school and his passion for music grew during university. Now, he balances his career as a doctor with that of a singer.

Omer practises and performs modern Sudanese music, modifying Sudanese folk songs into modern patterns. He aims to preserve traditional music and to present Sudanese songs in a simple and clear pattern, both to youth and an international audience. Omer performed in the Ashan Baladna Operetta with other 30 singers from Sudan.
