The Theatrical show “Samra”by Marei Al Halyan

The title of the theatrical show “Samra” is derived from the singing usually performed by a musical group that relies on the lute, violin and rhythms in the Gulf region, where it is called a ‘’Jalsa’’ or ‘’Samra’’.

The performance deals with the life of a group and the relationship of its members under an exceptional circumstance, where the group is invited by an institution that organizes a global forum, to perform a concert in front of the participating delegations.
