Big Ticket Raffle Draw Pauses Operations from April 1

Big Ticket, a popular raffle draw in the UAE, announced a temporary pause in operations starting April 1, citing regulatory gaming requirements. However, the scheduled draw for series 262 will proceed on April 3, with all prizes, including a Dh10 million grand prize, still being awarded. This pause aligns with directives from the UAE Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), aiming to ensure a socially responsible gaming environment. Big Ticket joins other operators like Mahzooz and Emirates Draw in halting operations. The GCGRA, established in September last year, oversees regulatory activities and aims to promote responsible gaming. Big Ticket assures customers of maintaining transparency and integrity and pledges to communicate updates through official channels, anticipating a prompt return to operations.
