About El Chico
El Chico is an international chain of Mexican cafes and restaurants. The story goes back to 1926, when Mama Cuellar served homemade tamales at a county fair outside Dallas, Texas. At El Chico, tradition is now married to international influences, and chefs cook up everything from burritos and tacos to fajitas and enchiladas. Patrons can also sip a wide range of drinks, and those with a sweet tooth can treat themselves to a cake or sundae.
